In Madbox my opinion counts, as a company we are open to change and improvement, defining the best processes(human and technical) to advance. The studio is still small and in an early stage, which allows us to contribute to the technical growth of the company and a lot of challenges to become better developers and get a lot of valuable experience. People here are awesome, the best team I could imagine to work on fast paced projects and sharing my day to day.

I have been working at Madbox for more than 4 years and for me Madbox is the perfect place to work because : - Madbox creates an environment of creativity and trust for everyone - Madbox allows their collaborators to evolve the way they want (On my side I started as a Junior Developer and I have a completely different job now!) - Madbox ethics in terms of game making but also Workplace conditions are top Notch - Madboxers are amazing and talented people who want to make great games before everything else

I'm a firm believer that the interview process is a two way street and that the way it's handled can tell you all that you need to know about a company. Those I spoke with were very transparent and did not hide when asked tough questions about the company's work life balance, culture or business goals. I felt that their answers were realistic and honest, something that you don't normally get, even after multiple rounds. The entire interview process took about 3 months (during multiple holiday periods) and while a little longer than most, there was plenty of open communication and I was provided multiple updates throughout this time. All of my follow up questions were not only welcomed, they were actually addressed.
