      Learning opportunities overshadowed by toxic culture

      Opportunities for learning and development, employee staff house / barracks and transportation from site to common terminals

      Cons

      Bonus was not performance-based but based on the length of stay in the company. Company culture in the project I was assigned was a bit toxic, different departments blaming each other when there's a problem. HR not very helpful
