Pros

Working with vulnerable and being able to make a personal impact. Staff in other departments like marketing seem happy with the culture. Snacks in office are good.

Cons

Lack of transparency with commission structures. Micro managing and being constantly checked on, being trained new ways. The changes are poorly thought out and often don’t benefit the customer or the salesperson. Pay is basic for the hours you put in and very little incentive to work harder when the bonuses keep changing.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your time with us. It's truly wonderful to know that you felt a personal impact working with vulnerable people - that's at the core of our mission. We hear your concerns, too. We've recently clarified our Pay Principles and Approach to ensure better transparency and a clearer link between performance and reward. We will continue to invest in education, so the team clearly understands this and the expectations we have of them based on their role. We also appreciate your advice and are committed to taking actions that will enable us to continue creating a supportive, high-performance sales environment.
