Pros
Nothing beats the level of happiness that MVP.dev has provided to my team. For more than 10 years of my working career, this is the first time that I really feel so motivated to work in every day. When I worked in Accenture before, I thought it was my ideal company, but it turned out that MVP.dev is more ideal for me. In the sense that I could really feel what work-life balance should be, I only experienced it here at MVP.dev.
Cons
Sometimes, the management is way too lenient in treating their employees and some would somehow take the advantage of it, but I know this is manageable.

Working at MVP.dev was an amazing experience. I loved my job and the people I worked with. I'm working from home, and it saves transportation time and money than going to office. The company is doing great things in the industry, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to work. Thank you, MVP.dev, for everything!
Cons
The company has good benefits already, however, it can still be improved. Additional perks would be great.
