HR, based solely out of the Montreal office, rarely makes an appearance in Ontario and management ignores, or sweeps under the rug, obvious cases of bullying and harassment. Senior management routinely demeans and verbally abuses their staff without consequence, forcing staff to quit or firing them without cause if they speak up. They have no idea what the front-line staff actually does, and yet, feel qualified to judge them when they themselves are completely useless and have no idea what they are doing.
Benefits are severely lacking and annual salary is below industry standard.
There is no internal company growth, instead, the company only survives by acquiring other struggling food brands and absorbing their assets.
While they do have some very recognizable brands, all of them are struggling, franchisee satisfaction is non-existent and employee morale is beyond low.
In my opinion, a 2nd rate organization that desperately needs a change in management and a move away from operating in such a Micky Mouse fashion.
