Pros
One of the biggest pros of MTI was the culture, the ability to speak to C-Level within the company, have good relationships with all departments and having friendly colleagues there to help with anything that you needed. With some of the contracts that MTI have won, I can see that the acquisition by Ricoh is only the start of the growth available.
