Think twice before relocating for this company

Pros

If you’re assigned to a Swedish client and the collaboration lasts over two years, you might gain valuable experience in the Swedish job market and increase your chances of staying in the country long-term.

Cons

MT3 takes advantage of the limited knowledge Mexican workers often have about Swedish labor laws. Benefits are minimal and poorly explained. Client contracts rarely last more than two years, and when they end, you’re immediately dismissed—no bench period. Working under MT3’s internal management means dealing with micromanagement, poor leadership, excessive pressure, and a toxic environment. There’s a significant amount of overtime (even if paid), little to no respect for personal time, and no real work-life balance—something very uncommon in Sweden. There’s no clear career path, feedback is mostly absent, and employee well-being is clearly not a priority. Many risk their future in Sweden for a company that shows little commitment in return.

Pros

Entry point to Sweden (but they take advantage of you, so it's not really a positive thing anyway)

Cons

- Illegal contract clauses that I found out only after getting advice from a lawyer. - Terrible work-life balance! They pushed my schedule on purpose to not be able to attend swedish classes even though I was living in Sweden. - They used our jobs to take advantage of the company we were consulting for. And of course, without our knowledge or consent.
