Pros
Staff are nice and friendly. Good work life balance.
Cons
Zero progression with no salary increases. The only thing that progresses is the downward spiral the company is currently in. Staff leave with no replacements and lost contracts with the smallest new contracts coming through. A company which a few years ago had nearing 500 employees is now down to just 200. It’s a sinking ship with an owning company (RSK) that doesn’t care.
