Management and favoritism. No time

You basically work 7 days a week. No time for a personal life. They barely have quality pieces to check. With unrealistic quotas to hit. And no one takes accountability. A lot of favoritism towards supervisors who don’t do their jobs. And the same supervisors will talk to staff crazy. A lot of the workers/employees are treated unfair and talked to rudely. Very un-organized. Highly unprofessional. And the turn over rate is ridiculous. No wonder why. Best decision was to quit. I was made aware that 3rd shift did not have to take ot unless requested, and still mandated to work on the one day you have off. Very frustrating when all you’re trying to do is pay your bills.

Never knew what days you had off. Wanted you to work 7 days a week.

Management, no growth, favoritism, no communication

Favoritism was shown to people that were suck ups to the upper management and didn’t actually work their butts off to get promoted.
