      Pros

      Amazing small company who really cares about their employees.

      Cons

      I work at a different site than my company where websites are blocked and sometimes MLT uses websites that we can't access yet we are required to login and do a morning report. I have to remember to do this from my phone as soon as I get to work. It's a bit frustrating but it's new so I'm sure they will work out the bugs. Overall, this company is spectacular!!

      Pros

      MLT is very family oriented. Even if an employee works in another State, the Corporate office keeps in close contact and makes in-person visits.

      Cons

      Nothing really. It is a great company to work for.
