      Young and unprofessional upper management. Little communication, little to no training, minimal support, no employee appreciation.

      Great benefits, great training and they inspire you to be at your best.

      Cons

      Some of the middle management is absolutely crazy. The sad part is they know who the problems are but they don't deal with it even though its so bad for business.
