      Really interesting technology. A lot of opportunities to work on high tech products.

      Cons

      Uncompetitive compensation. They were focused on acquisitions and not growing from within.

      Got rid of a factory for cheaper labour

      Hours was good Pay was ok nothing great

      Cons

      Closed a factory to move for cheaper labour Management was very very poor Made out the company was key workers and wasn’t Wouldn’t recommend this place to any one

      Compensation is low, lots of inertia so ideas for change are slow to be acted on if at all.
