Pros
Lots of training opportunities for juniors. The easy slow pace at work is good for new joiners and it helps that we have easy going bosses. Good benefits. MISC is one of the only employers that provides property loan interest subsidy. Also MISC has a well equipped gym at their headquarters Menara Dayabumi.
Cons
Favouritism and internal politics here is strong and there is a lack of diversity. Most departments favour certain race and many department heads favour certain people for major projects. Not merit-based at all. Talking more important than work done. Many smokers here and many decisions are made while smoking. Slightly disadvantageous if one doesn't smoke.
