Hands on with everything. Very easy to find yourself doing server configuration, networking, security, hardware configuration, and of course tech support.
Company culture was very relaxed and accommodating.
Cons
Smaller company, the logistics and infrastructure wasn't as fleshed out compared to larger IT companies but it can improve over time.
