      Good place to start career but...

      Pros

      It is a good place to meet talented people from technology design and business background and to learn by doing.

      Cons

      Structure and process are very unclear, everything happens in reactive wya rather than with long term plan. The founders are often unresponsive unless there is a party celebration. Bad news like a team lead departure are communicated in the last moment and come as bad surprise to the team.

      Pros

      Jetset lifestyle, leadership opportunities, and clear promotional path for male employees.

      Cons

      Personal development budgets that were promised upon hiring were 'put on hold' indefinitely. Paychecks were not always paid on time. Though not an overtly sexist work environment, female employees are regulated to assistant, part-time, junior and mid-level positions. At the time of writing this, senior management is made up of 17 men, and 0 women.
