Pros
There is always a challenge, the work is almost never boring. You can get some great career expierience because of the business. If you like to travel then you will absolutely get your fill. The workforce is extremely diverse. Working closely with customers gets you away from the ultra-strict company culture at MICROS. Comp time is awarded when you work on weekends for a customer.
Cons
Compensation for employees who have worked there for less than 10 years is absolutely pitiful. They set the low end of the range for every position in the industry. Performance expectations are extremely high for how little you are paid. Work loads force employees to work at least 55 hours a week in order to be successful. This all leads to extremely high turnover which erodes the knowledge base, thus causing the majority of major projects to fail. The only way to get noticed or ahead in the company is to not have a life outside of work, multiple 60+ hour weeks are not even noticed by management.
