It's like a prison.

They're nice at first. Until you get hired in, and then you get treated like crap

Cons

They treat you like a prisoner, and there's no way getting out of it. Also they discriminate against people with mental disabilities. You can't walk in the place without being threatened by another employee. Also I'm glad I'm done there and put my resignation in, and they did me a favor by let me go early.

I have nothing good to say about MEC

Cons

The hierarchy at this company is cold hearted and they do not care one thing about their employees. They are deceptive and lie to their employees. I lost my job due to consolidation and received NO severance and I was told that I had to stay and train my replacement. I need to find a new job but now they have threatened to fight unemployment if I leave before they "release" me. Do not work for this company. You don't advance and you are not relevant.

The money is o.k. You have to put up with a lot of management issues.

Cons

Management is very dissfuncinal. None of the bosses get along. They are all to busy stabbing each other in the back. You have no clue who you can trust and who you cant.
