If you are not the type that has technical aptitude, it may not be for you. You have to be willing to get the job done without anyone holding your hand. That means being smart and confident enough to figure some things out on your own. Everyone at MDRG is smart enough to tell tell you if you are on the right path, but it will require some independent intelligence and judgment on your part. High level direction from Sr. staff is usually good, but you’ll have to figure out some of the execution as you go. It is a good place to work, but if your goal is to play politics and not be a doer (like most corporate people), it probably won’t work for you (and neither will most smaller companies). In this environment you sink or swim based on your intelligence and resourcefulness. If you are confident in your intelligence and resourcefulness, it may be a fit. If not, do yourself a favor and put in an application for a client side job.
