Top level leadership is no longer transparent and does not put their employees first (some have a level of arrogance that is less than desirable); Company appears to have completely lost their way in the values that Paul Galeski created the company around; Senior technical talent isn't where it once was due to attrition (quality of work is not like it used to be).

Nothing major that I would comment on

Very slow career growth for new engineers due to a lack of work. Their promotion ladder still seems to be based on 20th century standards. New talent wants faster career growth opportunities and doesn't want to wait 15 years to become a Senior Engineer. An Engineer 1 should be able to become a senior Engineer or project manager within 5-6 years of starting which doesn't seem possible at this company due to a lack of project work. They were not able to reap the full benefits of the investment on training as alot of senior engineers and sales people left. This led to a loss of work and the company had to lay off quite a few number of engineers nation wide in 2016. This was in addition to the people that had already left the company. The wave of hiring and realignment was not a sound business decision that was based on research or grounded in reality.

Some regional Ops Mgrs overpromise and under deliver. Will tell you what you want to hear.

Travel heavy, must have flexible work hours

Cronyism and nepotism seem to be the only way to get promoted or advance. People are let go just due to personal preferences. Very few subject matter experts and very little professional training for young engineers. There a large overhead of non billable staff members that don't add any value. Company structure is out dated and critical feedback is ignored. Too many layers which makes decision making slow. Business plans are unrealistic and are constantly changed to fit reality. This is not good place to start a career or to advance.

Several key senior managers lack automation and control experience.

Management did not consider my goals in regards to learning multiple platforms and working in different industries and multiple clients. Only placed me with one client. 401k took 3 years to vest, other companies are better with this.
