-Blaming each other instead of finding a solution (company overall) -Unsupportive IT department & HR - management will need to improve communication way - they (HR, team director, manager) gave me very last minute notice which was completely unexpected (only 3 days before my work visa expiry while notice period was 1 month on contract. Even I had several meetings with HR earlier to discuss about visa extension) in an inappropriate way during my personal holiday via personal email and personal skype saying that they cannot hire me any more due to business reason - please note my performance was mostly on the top for more than 1 year with obvious statistic report. I requested for a reference letter with clear reason so not to ruin my career life due to this situation but they just stated in the letter that this contract termination is not related to employee’s performance - which is clearly unclear. Even HR people partner said that ‘you have a strong experience, you will find a good job quickly’ when they called me during personal holiday to inform that I am no longer hired. What they reacted does seem that they do not want a strong candidate and they do want to keep only low budget and low performing employees - Gossip - Working schedule - Hard to request for holidays - Some lazy colleagues who are never improved
