Stable and global exposure Job rotation chance but too much for people in short people of time, people rotated but still want to work in same pisition

Cons

Rude and conservative staff People in logistics are very protective and rude. They never share experience to new colleagues. It is very difficult for new people to get involved for new project. Even it is nice environment and good exposure, you are not able to taste any success. Middle management always shares same task to different people, staff struggle the ownership Awful HR ! No exit interview! They gave u a questionaires only
