Till date, I have had a fulfilling time with the Organization. Colleagues are extremely professional and the same goes for the work culture - something unique in the Real Estate Industry.

Not for the company per say but the Real Estate Industry is experiencing challenging times.

Nothing to like about this company.
Cons
Toxic work culture, no training provided. Non-cooperative insecure colleagues. Seniors team leaders are just pathetic and never appreciate your work. Makes you feel inferior. It is too casual for the employees to abuse on the floor. I regret every single day that I have joined this company. A big name but the work culture is too pathetic.
