The building is nice and good AC
Cons
Low pay, no bonusses, long hours, stressful. it's only good if you want to have it on your CV otherwise not worth it. While the CEO got a 700k bonus for 2023 (public information), the rest haven't had a pay rise in 2 years, cut the teams down due to lack of budget, no bonusses. Compared to other equivalent roles on the market the pay is around 30% less then the same role in another business
