Pros
This is genuinely one of the best studios I have ever had the pleasure of working at.
The spectrum of work that you can experience and be a part of, is unmatched by any of my previous positions and workplaces. During my time there, I worked on such a deep variety of work - from filming with the Marines to being a part of the creative direction of huge live events (which led me to work in the Middle East and on public performances in London).
The work that is done here also pushes to be at the forefront of both creative and worldwide movements. Working on projects such as COP 26 Climate Change Summit and within some of our societal systems in order to inspire bigger thinking from younger generations and older. M blends the artistic side of design with a utilitarianism philosophy. This essentially means that they work on projects that matter.
It is not only the magnitude of creative work that you are given the opportunity to work on - but the ethos of the team too. The creative leads strive to build a community, getting to know each other on a personal level, providing equal opportunity for members on any level, and support, which was proved in full force during the pandemic.
To have survived, supported, adapted, and thrived during a pandemic - truly shows the strength of any studio.
And if you're looking for a space to continuously learn, challenge yourself, and contribute to a bigger picture - contact the people here.
Cons
To me, M needs a bigger team; with even more studio heads and leaders of projects.
