- Management is incapable of managing, leading, or providing any sort of support or membership - there is a fetish for internal administrative "busy work" (in 6 months, I have filled out the same client details on at least 5 separate occasions on 5 different spreadsheets) - a lack of communication, especially when it comes to communications with clients (like increasing billing, changes in billing cycles, monthly reminders, etc.) - staff have a fetish for "performative OT" and will often have the entire team on a call to deal with one client - toxic work environment - senior management claims that they support diversity & inclusion, but will force their own superstitions on you regardless of what religion you are
