My experience was one of well-known and unaddressed toxic management. It is a very top-down organization with a lot of micromanagement. Poor work/life balance seems to be a point of pride. Very impersonal work culture - never felt I could just be myself...even though this is supposed to be a value of the company. My partner says I am a much happier person now that I don't work there!

- don't get the feeling that management will really advocate for you - doesn't feel like leadership understands the product or cares about eng - removed A LOT of in office perks like snacks/drinks despite pushing RTO
