Good Company to Start being Remote but Too much Stress

Pros
There is a lot learn in place that have a loot good coding practices and people strive to be better everyday on it. The Developers are great and a lot of opportunities to learn are available with a lot of courses and also the job is remote. There a not a lot of meetings.
Cons
The pay is not the best considering other remote USA companies and the company makes you very stressed as you work in environment where the most important is to deliver faster and faster and some of the manager are too direct and most of the times the appear to no have feelings.
