Pros

Great clients and great opportunities to work with clients

Cons

The clients felt they were overstaffed without receiving commensurate value and expressed dissatisfaction with the turnaround time for the Market Access strategy, citing repeated delays. They also felt that the Project Management and Account Management teams offered too many excuses rather than providing proactive solutions and clear communication. In addition, the client perceived a lack of visible leadership engagement, noting that leadership was largely absent throughout the engagement.

Pros

I have nothing positive to add.

Cons

Worst place to work. If you want to be able to coast and never do anything or get in trouble then this is the right place for you. Management will just talk to in circles and never action any of your concerns.

Pros

don't recommend Lumanity to anyone

Cons

The onboarding and training process did not meet my expectations. I was told during the hiring process that I would receive structured training, but in practice this never materialized. Although there was a training plan available, it was not actively followed or prioritized by my manager. From my first week, I was assigned to multiple client projects with minimal guidance and was expected to learn independently while meeting demanding deadlines. The workload was often very heavy, with several concurrent projects and, at times, multiple deliverables due on the same day. For someone new to the company and medical communications, this created a steep learning curve and made the transition unnecessarily challenging. In my experience, work-life balance was poor. Tight deadlines and high workloads frequently resulted in long working days, and it was common to see colleagues working from early morning until late at night, particularly during busy periods. The pace of work often felt unsustainable.
