I joined the company two years ago because this is a cool industry to be a part of.
Cons
-Growth has stalled. Management is now grinding employees so hard that work-life balance has disappeared. Expect to work on Saturdays. -We scaled too big too quickly, which killed the culture and makes the business feel like a house of cards. Tech debt made the product increasingly buggy and riddled with errors and security issues that are dissolving customer trust. -Pay is very disappointing for an AI company. -Culture is become more toxic, and I'm worried things will continue to go south and am looking for other jobs.
