      High autonomy, a supportive manager, and the ability to make real impact quickly. You can see your work shape the product, company and culture in real time, and being on the bleeding edge of AI makes the work genuinely exciting.

      Cons

      Like any company with a great culture, it’s not for everyone! The pace is intense but sustainable if you can navigate change well.

      - Mission of the company feels important and people here truly cares about what we're building - Being around so many talented and hard working people is very inspiring and you learn a lot from others - The office environment is great - Mixed with all the hard work is a lot of fun and a great community of employees from all over.

      - Things are moving really fast and require you to be good at managing change and ambiguity, which is expected at a company like this.
