-very stressful environment and lack of professional people.
-lack of job security, promised to get gym membership and a raise but didn't see it either.
- the level of work difficulty is almost like having a phD, especially if you are a designer, and expect to get yelled a lot in front of people but then you have to eat lunch with them at the table. my father doesn't even do that.
-ridiculousness expectations, followed by ridiculous needed results.
-expect to visit a therapist twice a week from post dramatic stress.
