Very easy job and is simple to perform

Cons

Dead end job and no growth in the company. Manager is also incompetent in doing their job and leading their team. Night shifts, weekends, and having to work holidays also messes with work life balance.

Decent pay and benefits, upward mobility

Cons

Toxic leadership (mostly CEO but it the abusive behavior trickled down), racist/sexist/homophobic jokes made, berated employees. Subordinates would lie to the CEO about outcomes or work progress to avoid a fit. Not the friendliest workplace for women.
