      Excelent work environment, great life-work balance, people do matter.

      In my opinion, some fields lack a bit of long term strategic view

      stressful work, bad leadership, modest salary, no team

      Pros

      - i was accountable for difficult but interesting tasks and i've learnd many new things - modest salary - few good people/collegues

      Cons

      - stressful environment, work under pressure, lots of overtime - toxic co-workers, sneaky lying fake people who will betray you in order to brown-nose the supervisor - bad/clueless leadership - unclear communication within the company, sometimes disrespectful, in rare cases insulting or even rasistic (not in my case!) - zero reward for good results (nor in terms of salary neither in appreciation) it's more likely that s.o. will stick claim to your work/idea and present it as his own
