Avoid if you're in GTM. High turnover, poor leadership, and no real support
Pros
There unfortunately aren't any worth mentioning.
Cons
No GTM team member has lasted more than a year here - and there’s a reason for that. The hiring process is made to feel rigorous and thoughtful, complete with extensive personality questionnaires. But once you're in, the experience quickly goes downhill. Perks that are initially promised tend to quietly disappear. Expectations are unrealistic, with little to no guidance or support from leadership - including the CEO. Feedback from GTM (the very team meant to drive growth) is routinely ignored, and critical issues are swept under the rug. Despite being a fully in-person company, collaboration and communication between teams are lacking. The culture advertised is not the one you'll experience. If you raise questions or concerns, they’re often dismissed or met with vague, unhelpful responses. The pressure, lack of transparency, and poor leadership take a toll - mentally and physically. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. This is not a sustainable or healthy environment for anyone in a GTM role, and you are very likely to get let go in a few months of being hired.
