Pros
* Amazing company culture that is inclusive and diversive * Gets to work with cutting-edge tech in the XR space * Transparent management and effective feedback loop with almost flat company structure * Flexible hours and many trust-based/no-questions-asked benefits and policies * Treats employees as humans but not just cold dead robots
Cons
Heavy workload at times that can cause burnout if pressure and work-cadence is not self-managed properly, but pretty much this is expected for working at a startup. The company also encourages everyone to raise out this kind of situations, and from what I've seen one would be encouraged to take breaks when that happens.
