Pros
If you are lucky and ambitious you can work on some interesting NASA projects. Usually the cast off's of the company owners favored pets.
Cons
You will always lose working for Logyx to the company owner. They will try to ruin your reputation and humiliate you in the NASA community if you disagree with him or his teachers pets, especially if you question some of his shady business practices like billing the client for head count that they assigned to work on unrelated projects. Logyx pays under market and makes claims to job security working for the gov, but turnover is very high and you will end up being a low paid short contractor as when you ask for pay increase or well earned bonuses it's time for you to go.
