A great team doing some really exciting work, with room to grow in your career.
Cons
If you are applying for a role lower down in the hierarchy of the company, such as assistant, runner, PA etc do be wary. The contract is harsh, with poor policies on sick pay and very little rights within the probation period. Known to fire people and perceive them as weak and not a team player for taking sick days. In this day and age that kind of management shouldn’t fly.
