      Chinese management mentality. 996 work culture, i.e. 72 hours per week. no clear direction. work visa not provided when joining. only after finishing probation period of 6 months. Basic salary is very low calculation of 25% of total salary. public holidays are not given. typical hire n fire mentality. no future.
