      Good pay and great benefits …if and when they have work

      Cons

      Most work is in Louisville or have to travel to other states. When I joined I was told I wouldn’t have to travel more than 30 minutes to work. They lied to get people to join just to pump up their membership numbers. They don’t value family time. It is just about the union and money…family last

      Great people, lower management and GM ans CEO are amazing.

      Cons

      Ownership group are idiots. Constant kicking of the can down the road, no budget, broken equipment CONSTANTLY. Dirtiest kitchen I’ve ever worked in.
