Terrible Company

Pros

The office is very clean

Cons

This is the worst place I’ve worked for. They bring you in by having all of these promises only for you to get in, get started and get micromanaged. I was promoted by title but my compensation didn’t change. I was promised that it would change but months passed and it did not occur. This place doesn’t care about diversity, their motto is to get the right person but don’t look in spaces where they can get diverse candidates. They don’t have ERGs and the leadership team shut down any and all talk about creating ERGs. They’ve had several sets of layoffs while giving their current team raises and promotions instead of trying to keep some of the folks they have by cutting off some of the happy hours and free food. They’ve had big scares that can affect everyone in the office such as COVID outbreaks and people bringing weapons to the office and don’t inform any of the employees, we only heard through word of mouth. It’s definitely a boys club and an organization that I don’t recommend for anyone who wants to grow professionally.

Pros

There used to be a great work environment and everyone in the office was more or less friends

Cons

They started the last training classes with this huge list of benefits, 3 day work week, happy hours, free lunches 4 days a week, great commission structure, etc. They did all this to win the best place to work award and hot new start up awards. In the past 6 months, they have walked back all of those benefits while creating management positions out of thin air. One executive in particular keeps passing down orders to cut commission, squeeze account sales even more, asking workers to cut back and give more, while they refuse to travel anywhere by private jet. The good news is you can fly under the radar and not get fired as long as you're friendly with the right people.

Pros

-Free snacks and coffee -Nice, comfortable office space and facilities. Downtown office -Tech support is pretty decent. New tools and equipment to do your work -Numerous company sponsored drinking events -

Cons

-Sales departments across all channels are COMPLETELY out of control; lots of poaching of others' customers and accounts; no transparency at all on who or why certain reps consistently get huge accounts handed to them -Only reps that buddy up to the managers will be able to make quota and stay off probation to make real money or advance. Lots and lots of lead passing and hoarding of accounts. -Despite the veneer of "diversity, equity, inclusion" a very select, specific few people always seem to get the largest accounts handed to them and everyone else fends for themselves -very cliquish, fragmented, somewhat unwelcoming daily vibe; not a particularly friendly place to work
