      Pros

      Many. You report directly to the VP of sales and he is awesome. Very laid back but that wants the best for you and will do what he can to help. The whole ops team is incredible. No micro managing at all... work hard and nothing will be said to you. Very happy I work here

      Pros

      Smaller office feel. Big name for a carrier in their area. Well respected company. This is really a tight knit office setting of people who genuinely care about each other. They do a great job for their drivers.

      Cons

      Logistics is a lean industry by nature and almost all office employees are slightly underpaid for the work that they do. However, it is still a very comfortable job and place to be.
