Pros
Some of the nicest people I had pleasure working with. Everyone in the tech team loves what they are doing and are happy to interact with you. Knowledge sharing and pair programming sessions are not uncommon. Very nice place to jumpstart your web dev career.
Cons
New features are pushed over and over. Even though there is tech debt lingering for months/years that should be addressed as a priority!
