Very Racist Company . Unless you are Indian or Asian you will never get a promotion or be taken serious. Every one of their Service team are just "friends" from India. none of them know what they are doing and they just constantly change parts until its fixed. never a solution, they just change parts until it works. False Advertisement and claims on their product. - They claim their robots are very secured with data. They even post it on LinkedIn that security and data is a promise and priority. That is a false claim. They use Team Viewer at any given time to view live video feeds and when troubleshooting they tell the customers they are getting "logs" which are recorded video sessions of the company. Team viewer is against Most Hospital policies. IF YOU AS A COMPANY VALUE YOUR COMPANY SECURITY AND EMPLOYEES DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. The R3 and "new" R5 is made with parts from China. The Service team in Singapore constantly have to change parts because there are too many defective parts. Their Robot uptime is under 70% which is ridiculous if you are a customer. In 3 years not one salary increase for a team of 10 people. Not even a cost of living adjustment.
