Pros

Listed company, largest reit in Asia. Exposures to large projects but beware of what team and role you choose.

Cons

Low transparent on how HR is deciding on your salary adjustment. Very limited salary increment and slow promotion if you are not from HR department. Even if you have a promotion or a good rating, the increment is close to inflation or even worse. HR is just having so much power and also lies on the target bonus in making you to choose the offer. Besides, senior management actually encourages this situation as they think “turnover” is very normal and they don’t need to be loyal to their employees at all. But our turnover is way above market.

Pros

Great workplace facilities offered to employees

Cons

My experience at this company was marked by significant issues with role clarity and transparency. I was hired under one team but on my first day was suddenly reassigned to a different team without any formal notice or agreement, leading to confusion about my responsibilities and reporting lines. Imagine starting at new company whilst your hiring manager whom you interviewed was not there on your first day and you were told to report into someone who was not involved in your interview process. This lack of clear communication and structural transparency was a major red flag. Performance management was problematic. Negative feedback was given indirectly, behind my back, without any formal performance reviews or opportunities to respond or improve. Accusations such as being "difficult to work with" and "uncommunicative" were made without any proper discussion, evidence, or documentation, which felt unfair and unprofessional. Ultimately, I left during the probation period without any warning, explanation or due cause by the hiring manager. The lack of support and mismanaging the whole situation for a new joiner from was absolutely appalling – simply lack fairness and good faith. If anyone is offered a role and decides to join the company, recommend to document everything, and reviewing your contract carefully or seek for legal advice.
