      Pros

      Probably, if you are escaping from a banking experience, you could gain a lot despite having little experience.

      Cons

      Very disorganized. Extremely high turnover. Absence of roles and clear defined responsabilities. Most Managers have completely inadequate behaviors - people who just started their careers, having a very little experience in strategy, treat other employees like idiots. No program sharing, no idea sharing. Just a "sit down and make your job without taking any pause or asking any questions" approach. Being treated like a kid despite having three degrees. Plus, very low salary and very long work hours. I have been asked to work during weekends without any reward.

      you have a lot of accountability on your job, new ideas are always encouraged and projects can go through conclusion no matter what part of the organization you belong to, we are always striving to improve. work environment is fun, mainly young, smart and hardworking people everything happens very fast, the business you manage when you come in is very different from the one you have 6 months after

      Cons

      youth sometimes means it is an immature place to work, the very fast pace means we work long hours and solutions are sometimes band aids to help us move ahead but not necessarily very sustainable for the long term
