Pros
The team is full of funny and smart characters, that really makes all of this worthwhile. There is so much to learn about how customer care, technology and marketing go together for a flawless e-commerce experience and I couldn’t do it without the help of my colleagues
Cons
Wish we had a coffee room to socialise but it’s remote work. Loads of digital opportunities to mingle with the workmates though through workshops, training, company activities.
