      Best company I've ever worked for

      Pros

      - open minded people - you can reach anyone (even CEO is available if needed) - good salary - interesting projects - company really cares about you

      Cons

      Relocation of the company to Georgia made it difficult to keep existing culture, so it will take time to rebuild the company to "best place to work" again, but I'm sure they'll succeed.

      Multiple projects, each has unique stack. Very smart developers and practive principals, trustworthy headds good atmosphere.

      Cons

      Not competitive salary as of current state. Not clear communication with NY office. Lost much of team spirit during panemic.
