Pros
- Limbus is a fully distributed company, and I have zero travel requirements. - For a company just out of the startup phase, pay is great (market rate), and benefits are phenomenal! For example, I get two free eye exams a year, and my primary care copay is just $30. - PTO is very flexible. I take a few hours here and there instead of full days. - All my coworkers and supervisors are kind and competent. - There are lots of opportunities for growth, and employees can choose what job duties to grow with. - This company really does make a difference. Automation in healthcare is one of the most important causes out there, and Limbus truly cares about customer experience. I don't feel bad pushing our product over competitors' because we are consistently rated at the top!
Cons
- There is no formal yearly evaluation for a potential raise. - It's a small company, so job duties aren't well defined. (This is a pro for some people, though!)
