You are get paid on time.

Countless, the most important, there is no people management, you are 'invited' to do 12 overtime every weekend, I made a report of 15 pages for them of all the points of improvement that the factory needed and how they could use the knowledge of their employees to better the work environment (which is very heavy and stressful) nor a feedback gave me, in short they are not even there for you.

The atmosphere in the company is childish / evil. The managers and bosses don't have a clue what they are doing. If you aren't management's friend, get ready for the harassment of your life.
