      Maybe there is huge inflow of money when we work more and release more ....

      Cons

      No Work Life Balance, always want things fast, do quicker, work more, no human consideration at all, no thinking that the employee has a family, life and responsibilities, blaming culture, in the name of efficiency enforce practices that are going to damage the employee's mental and physical well being. not worth it.
